Lab Introduction
The NGS core Lab provides Bio-big Data mining, software development, and system development service. The most critical benefit is the ContigViews system for transcriptomic analysis, which can analyze the model and non-model orgasms. The system can provide (1) gene management; (2) comparative gene network analysis; (3) data mining. The service covers overseas with 46 species collection, which over 12 million gene information in 165 transcriptomic databases. ContigViews also helps more than 38 SCI publications, including Cell, PNAS, Plant Physiology, Currently Biology, etc.
