Lab Introduction
We are a computational research group dedicated to studying the genetic epidemiology and biology of human complex traits, with a particular interest in neuropsychiatric disorders. Our work spans the study of how genetic variation across the allele frequency spectrum contributes to disease susceptibility, methodological improvement of genetic risk prediction via cross-trait and cross-population approaches, and the integration of multi-omics data to understand disease progression and treatment response. Our overarching goal is to translate genomics research into meaningful advances in healthcare and public health.
