Lab Introduction
Our laboratory focuses on precision immunotherapy and translational biomarker research for liver cancer by integrating clinical studies, tumor immune microenvironment analysis, and systemic immune monitoring. We investigate mechanisms of response and resistance to immune checkpoint blockade and establish predictive biomarkers through multi-omics and immune profiling approaches. In parallel, our team has established multiple murine liver cancer models and immunotherapy-resistant models to systematically evaluate the antitumor efficacy and immunomodulatory mechanisms of novel therapeutic agents and combination strategies. By bridging basic and clinical research, we aim to advance biomarker-guided precision immunotherapy and improve patient outcomes.
