Lab Introduction
Our laboratory is built upon a precision small-animal radiotherapy platform that simulates clinical dose/fractionation and enables clinically relevant models of liver cancer and urothelial cancer. By using orthotopic and ectopic tumor models and molecular/immunologic experiments, we investigate radiation-induced remodeling of the tumor microenvironment, immune regulation, metastatic evolution, and radiation-related toxicities. Through close integration of preclinical systems and clinical data, we establish a bidirectional translational framework to advance precision radiotherapy strategies and predictive biomarkers, and to improve outcomes in liver and urothelial malignancies.
